Your team learns AI by doing its own work.
Four weeks, one two-hour session a week. Between sessions, each person applies AI to a real company task, chosen at the start.
- What it is
- Hands-on AI training built on the team's real work, not on exercises.
- Who it is for
- One team from the company. It is not an open class, nor sold by the seat.
- What you receive
- A work routine redesigned by the team itself and a recommendation of what is worth scaling up.
- Duration
- Four weeks: a kick-off session and four weekly two-hour sessions.
- Cost
- Priced by team size, in a written proposal, before starting.
- How to start
- A conversation. Each participant needs their own account on an AI tool.
Kickoff
The team chooses the task it will change. It comes from the company's day-to-day work, not from a catalogue.
Four weekly sessions
Two hours a week, with the team working on the chosen task. What got stuck becomes method; what worked becomes the team's standard.
Between sessions
Each person applies AI to their own part of the task, in their own account, with their own work context.
The company provides
- One AI account per participant, active before the first session
- Access enabled during working hours, on work computers
If something is missing
- We help sort it out before starting, or agree on a later date
- A shared account does not work: each person needs to learn in their own account
Is there a certificate?
There is no individual certificate.
Which AI tool does the team use?
Each person uses their own account on an AI tool, agreed before the start. The training is about the way of working with AI, which applies to the most widely used tools.
Has the format been used before?
Yes. It was designed from training sessions run in the field.
Want to train a team?
Tell us which team and which task you want to change. In the first conversation we work out whether the Jornada is the right format and what needs to be ready.
- You write to us on WhatsApp or by email.
- We schedule a conversation with the person who leads the work, to see whether it makes sense and where to start.
- If it does, you receive a written proposal: team, timeline, deliverables and price, before any commitment.
